Looking for a job with a bit more variety?

There’s more to working with tyres than you might think.

No two days are quite the same, with everything from cars and trucks to tractors, fleets and call-outs around our district. You’ll learn practical skills, gain industry recognised qualifications and become part of a great local team that works hard, supports one another and enjoys a laugh along the way. We pride ourselves on having a modern functional workplace and equipment, as well as a late model fleet of service vehicles. There is some pretty cool technology that we use too.

You wouldn't be working under a corporate, owners Dean and Kelly-Anne Findlay work in the business day to day. Dean has over 42 years of experience in the tyre industry and enjoys passing on his knowledge to the next generation.

Hear from our team

Working in the tyre industry can now lead to a recognised MITO qualification. You’ll learn practical skills on the job, build your industry knowledge and gain a qualification while you work. Watch the video to hear Dean, Kelly-Anne, Curly and Saxton share what this opportunity means for our team.

Current Opportunities

We’re looking for a practical, reliable person to join our workshop crew at our Gore site.

This is a hands-on role involving fitting and repairing tyres across everything from cars and utes to trucks and agricultural machinery. Depending on your experience, the role may also include fleet servicing and helping customers out on the road.

Experience with tyres or mechanical work would be useful, but it isn’t essential. What matters most is finding someone with the right attitude who takes pride in their work and is keen to learn.

You’ll be someone who:

  • Is self-motivated, reliable and presentable
  • Is practical and confident using tools
  • Enjoys hands-on work and isn’t afraid to get stuck in
  • Works well as part of a team and independently
  • Treats customers with care and respect
  • Communicates well and enjoys a bit of workplace banter
  • Takes safety seriously and likes doing the job properly
  • Holds a full driver’s licence

Tyre fitting, fleet or mechanical experience would be a bonus, but we’re open to training the right person.

A pre-employment drug test will be required.
